We ship within the United States only and do not ship tobacco products to restricted jurisdictions. Orders to restricted locations will be canceled and refunded. See our Shipping Policy for current exclusions.

4. Account, Accuracy & Orders
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, limit quantities, and verify age and identity.

5. Pricing, Taxes & Payment
Prices are shown in USD and may change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Payment is processed securely through our third‑party gateway.

6. Shipping, Risk of Loss & Delivery
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Delivery dates are estimates only. See our Shipping Policy for timelines and carriers.

7. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
Due to the nature of tobacco products, all sales are final except for items damaged or incorrect upon arrival, as described in our Refund Policy. To request a resolution, follow the steps in that policy within the stated timeframe.

We use age‑verification tools and may require additional documentation. If age cannot be verified, the order will be canceled.
