Refund policy

Due to the nature of premium cigars and tobacco products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds, except in the following cases:

  • The product arrives damaged in transit

  • You receive the wrong product

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
You must notify us within 3 days of delivery by emailing yaxelcigars.inc@gmail.com with your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos.

Resolution
If approved, we will replace the product or issue store credit. Refunds are only issued if a replacement is not possible. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
